Claiming old gem name.
Hi,
I was wondering if there was a policy around re-purposing an old gem name hosted on rubygems that havn't been contributed to in a few years? I am actively working on a gem named stacker but this has already been claimed https://rubygems.org/gems/stacker and hasn't been contributed to in a while.

Hey there-
Sorry about the delay. We rarely, if ever, forcibly give a gem up that is being "squatted on". Have you tried emailing those owners to see if they will give it up to you? That's all we would do, and could do, as the next step. If you haven't moved on yet to a different name then I would highly suggest doing so.
Thanks,
Nick
