Permission denied

When I tried to update the gem library I receive the following message:

MacBook-Pro-de-LUIS:testproject luismariasanmartinostiz$ gem update --system
Updating rubygems-update
Fetching: rubygems-update-2.2.2.gem (100%)
ERROR: While executing gem ... (Errno::EACCES)
Permission denied - /Library/Ruby/Gems/2.0.0/cache/rubygems-update-2.2.2.gem

What can I do?

    Try running it with sudo.
