I think it might be a problem with the mirror I'm being redirected to.

etc. Same thing happens with the top page (http://tokyo-m.rubygems.org/).

Can I use another mirror? Is there a better place to report a malfunctioning mirror? Or is there something obvious that I am missing?

Thank you.

We recently changed CDNs to Fastly. Is this still a problem?

    Having the same problems now:

The dependency tzinfo-data (>= 0) will be unused by any of the platforms Bundler is installing for. Bundler is installing for ruby but the dependency is only for x86-mingw32, x86-mswin32, x64-mingw32, java. To add those platforms to the bundle, run `bundle lock --add-platform x86-mingw32 x86-mswin32 x64-mingw32 java`.

Unfortunately this is due to a problem between your computer and the Fastly network. Often it is due to firewalls on your personal or workplace network. If you're still having issues try contacting Fastly support.
