gem push: Name is too close to typo-protected gem
How do I go about getting a legitimately named gem past this barrier?
The pre-existing gem is called "netrc" and the gem I'm trying to push is called "netty". Here is the repository we're working on https://gitlab.com/nelsnelson/io.netty_netty. Error appears as:
Pushing gem to https://rubygems.org...
There was a problem saving your gem: Name 'netty' is too close to typo-protected gem: netrc
Best regards,
-Nels
