How do I go about getting a legitimately named gem past this barrier?

The pre-existing gem is called "mocha" and the gem I'm trying to push is called "michi". Here is the repository we're working on

I have a similar name collision. Trying to push 'nubis' and it's colliding with 'erubis'.

Hello, Is there any news? Can someone whitelist "michi"?

    Hi dosuken0122,

We have whitelisted michi, you should be able to claim it now.

@tj please consider an alternate name or file a support ticket for this.
