If you're on Linux they're called ruby1.8-dev (or ruby1.9-dev). Anyway, I don't think this is the kind of question you want to ask on a public board: a <a href="http://www.google.it/#hl=it&q=%22no+such+file+to+load+---mkmf%22&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&oq=&gs_rfai=&fp=ff74b88ec0d99cdb">very quick Google search</a> reveals the solution to your problem.</p></div>Andrea Dallera
