<p>Seems the download page is pulling the latest release
information from<br>
GitHub:</p>
<p><a href=
"http://github.com/rubygems/rubygems/releases">http://github.com/rubygems/rubygems/releases</a></p>
<p>But those files are not mapped/uploaded to RubyGems S3/CDN
account, which<br>
is why are not available.</p>
<p>I recommend you use the links provided in the release pages at
GitHub<br>
instead of the ones in the download page until that issue is sorted
out.</p>
<p>Eric: do you have access to the S3/production account to upload
those files?</p>
