bash-completion script for 1.8.10

A bash-completion script that supports all 1.8.10 options for now, probably more stuff in the future.

I wrote this because of personal need, but it's probably useful to other people as well. Hosting it at:

   Cool, I would post about this on http://rubyflow.com to get some more attention for it. This page will get covered by Google but I'm sure others might find it useful there :)
