Suggestion: Add changelog/history link to gem pages on rubygems.org
On a gem overview page on rubygems.org, the gem owner can set five URLs to give a user pointers to more information (Source Code, Documentation, Wiki, Mailing List, and Bug Tracker). Since a major reason to visit the gem overview page is to see the version history, it would be nice if rubygems.org supported a link to a Changelog alongside these five.
As with the others, this data would not need to be in any particular format. It would just be a pointer to additional information about the gem, however the gem owner decided to publish it.

I agree, I was hoping a separate service could help format/keep track of these but nothing has come up yet. Please feel free to submit a patch! :)
