Hi,

maybe that's a stupid question, but what is "Subscribe" button at gem page? E.g. https://rubygems.org/gems/devise I'll be notified through e-mail when new version of gem will be available or what?

   There's a running list of new releases for subscribed gems on your rubygems dashboard.
