Hi,
Do you have an inactive user policy?
Thanks,

I wonder if you're asking this because you suddenly find yourself with a need to login, but unable to retreive your password with "Forgot your password?" because it can't find an account with your address?
Because that's exactly what happened to me.

Good question, I would also like to know; I was quite sure I had created a profile, but have been unable to find it.

Hi there,
We don't have a policy on inactive users...not sure what folks are asking here. Do you need passwords reset, and if so what handle or email?

I believe the issue is that we were sure we had created a profile, but were unable to persuade the site that it had seen us before. At least, that's what seemed to happen in my case. None of my normal logins or emails were recognized.

Hi, so now I'm confused since several people have replied to this post. If you need something specific done with your account, please open a new private issue and we'll handle it there. I haven't heard of any other login issues being reported.
