Any restrictions on gem license for publishing on Gemcutter?

Couldn't find this answered anywhere else ...

We're thinking of publishing a gem on gemcutter that will have a proprietary license. Is that acceptable? (for example, Google Code only allows a small subset of open source licenses for projects hosted there)

Anyone can download your gem, plenty of companies run gem mirrors, and other services access the code. We don't really restrict or care what license you use, just be aware that it's all out in the open, and there's no plans to handle cases like this.
