How do the RDocs get uploaded to rubydoc.info?

So I ran rdoc for my gem "uw_learn", and it created a directory called "doc". But when I published my gem to rubygems.org the documentation URL is broken. I have tried searching for the right way to upload these docs but there isn't any documentation on it anywhere.

Not sure if I missed a step or made a small error somewhere. Shedding some light on this would greatly appreciated!

    rubydoc.info is separate from rubygems.org. For help with documentation on rubydoc.info submit a request here: https://rubydoc.tenderapp.com
