Search index on Rubygems

Hello,

i just noticed that your search engine doesn't index description, but only gem names.
This makes it really hards to find a gem on a subject.

Yeah, it was causing too much overload on our server. We're still hoping to revamp our search...but yeah it definitely sucks right now :(
