delete a gem

Hi there,
Our policy has been not to remove gems permanently unless if there's some sort of malicious or harmful code, or something like a plaintext password that has access to who knows what and was in the gem.
Otherwise, you're not going to run out of version numbers, and the cost for us to host the gem is barely anything. We built
gem yankin such a way that it would appeal to most people who may have botched a release, and having dead gems laying around isn't that big of a deal from the service perspective.If there's a stronger reason to remove the gem please let me know.
