Hi,
No-one has ever used this gem. Please remove it from gemcutter.

   Unless if there's some malicious or harmful code in there, I'd rather keep it on the site. The cost for us hosting a few kilobytes of gems is basically nothing, so I'm not that worried about it. Let me know if there's a stronger reason for perma-deleting it.

   Well,
   Its been renamed to libxml4r, which is now up (If thats more of a reason).
   Otherwise sure, keep it.
