Can't push a new gem

I'm getting HTTP Basic: Access denied.

I can login with the email and password that I'm using, so that should be good.

gem push xmlscan-0.2.3.gem

I'm pretty sure there is no gem by this name. This is all I can find as to the projects past homepage as I try to update it to current ruby and make it a gem:
