Need RubyGems Fixed Today!!

We are doing a hackathon at CMU and by February 11th 6 pm we need to present our app. However, we need to bundle install.
Please fix this as soon as possible. Thank you

    As a free, volunteer-run service, rubygems.org may not be up when you want it to be.

    If you have a previously installed a gem you may reinstall it from the cache directory at

    `gem env home`/cache

    Please consult the bundler manual for how to install gems from disk.
