please remove a gem

I accidentally pushed http://rubygems.org/gems/dm-rails
This is a broken fork of the official dm-rails gem, so potentially confusing for people. It should not be here (I meant to push xaviershay-dm-rails).

I have yanked, but please do remove it proper like

    Done, please have the authors of that library take over that namespace soon so this doesn't happen again :)
