When I try to push 0.0.5 to Rubygems for posix-mqueue (https://github.com/Sirupsen/posix-mqueue) I get the following error:

posix-mqueue (master) Σ rake release
posix-mqueue 0.0.5 built to pkg/posix-mqueue-0.0.5.gem.
Tag v0.0.5 has already been created.
rake aborted!

Any ideas?

Thanks!

I'm also seeing the same issue while releasing my gem.

Could this probably be a load balancer issue in rubygems services?

Looks like there's some problems with our new load balancer setup. We're looking into this right now, and hopefully will be fixed soon. Sorry everyone!
