Please transfer ownership of the Staf gem

Please transfer ownership of the Staf gem to me. The existing Staf gem
a) Is abandoned (no update in almost 3 years)
b) Is unusably incomplete (it doesn't implement the STAF marshalling API, so it can send data to STAF but not receive data)
c) Has no publicly available source code (the homepage link points to the author's personal page, and has no mention of the gem)
d) Is unmaintained. The author has not replied to my email.

I have already written a new staf gem (not a fork; it's a complete reimplementation) that is complete, has a test suite, and is source controlled (though I haven't published the source code yet because I don't know if I can use the "staf" name). I will definitely maintain it, because it has important uses in my day job. Also, I have a proven record of cooperation upstream. staf.sourceforge.net has accepted several of my patches.

Please transfer ownership of the gem to me. I can provide source code if needed.

I've added the owner of this gem to this thread. Maybe they'll respond here.

We usually try not to override gem ownerships unless it's an extremely dire situation. If the author doesn't respond, I'd just rename the gem and move on! If your code is good, the installs will follow :)

I never did hear from the author of the staf gem. Eventually, I gave up
    and posted mine as "staf4ruby".
