Can't find the .zip installer

I want to install ruby gems, and I chose the zip option:
http://production.cf.rubygems.org/rubygems/rubygems-1.8.10.zip
I'm getting a 404 not found error. Am I in the wrong place? Wrong permissions? I'm completely new to Ruby. Searched the knowledge base but didn't find anything. Thanks for your attention.
