I pushed my self-built gem: frumber few days ago here https://rubygems.org/gems/frumber
Today, because of some problems in source code, I yank all of its version.
So please tell me how to repush it to rubygems?

Thanks!

If I can't do it, can it be removed from rubygems and I will push it again?

You can't repush a gem with the same version number. Just increment it, you won't run out of numbers! :)
