Problem with email registration and forgotten password

Hello, I'm not sure that I am registered at rubygems, so I started by filling out the Sign up form, but when I submit it I get an "email already been taken" validation error. After I got that error I went to the "Forgotten Password" form and enter the same email that I used at sign up, but I get a "Uknown email" error, so now I can't Sign in neither Sign up. Can someone help me out please!?

   What browser? I'm not seeing an existing user with your email or username. Could you try again on a different browser?

   I've tried on:

   Windows
   - IE 8 - Chrome

   Mac
   - Chrome - Safari - Firefox

   I used the email [email blocked] and the handle chinog9

   Thanks but I still need help with this problem

   The reason you're getting email has already been taken is because the user Chinog9 exists with [email blocked] . Try resetting your password with the capitalized email.
