Cannot create new account

When I go to http://rubygems.org/users and/or try to submit the form to create a new account at http://rubygems.org/sign_up I get an Internal Server Error message.

    I see you were able to create the user today, http://rubygems.org/profiles/charlietanksley . Is this still an issue? Did you end up using a different browser?

    Yes, I was able to create an account. No, it was the same browser.
