When I try to download I get the following XML:

Is there a known issue right now?

   4:23 PM PDT We are currently investigating increased error rates in the East Coast facilities region.
   4:31 PM PDT We are experiencing high error rates in US-Standard in both our East Coast and West Coast facilities. The Amazon S3 US-West-1 region is operating normally.
