Bundle Install for Gemfile not working for command $ rails generate rspec:install

I removed the 'webrat' gem and the install went smoothly. Since I have tried installing 'webrat' separately without much success. Any help on that?

   Hello,

   When reporting issues, please provide the output of gem env and the output of the gem install command you're running with --debug -V flags, like this:

   gem install webrat --debug -V

   Without that information, we would be guessing.
