jruby-openssl breaks when downloading

I cannot seem to download these gems? I get connection reset by peer. This happens using bundler as well as wget, as well as firefox. It doesnt happen with any other gems that I have tried.

    Nevermind turns out this is an issue with our firewall and for some reason it only does it to that one package. Oops.
