activemerchant and active_merchant

There are 2 gems on here for active merchant. It's incredibly confusing because the require for both is 'active_merchant', but the official one is the activemerchant gem. Can you remove the active_merchant one, as it seems to be no longer maintained, and may even be malicious??

   I've added the owner of active_merchant to this thread. Any chance of yanking the version you have up there, which is now over a year old and has almost 8k downloads (most likely by mistake) ?

   Sorry about that. It had some extra fixes but is obviously obsolete at this point.
