I'd like to take over the 'scraperwiki' gem (https://rubygems.org/gems/scraperwiki)

It's currently maintained by prusnak (https://rubygems.org/profiles/prusnak), although hasn't changed for 18 months. I've tried emailing him directly a couple of times, but haven't got a reply yet.

It's purpose is to be a compatible interface to the ScraperWIki data hub website. I'm from the ScraperWiki company, and would like to update it in lots of ways (code here https://github.com/scraperwiki/scraperwiki-ruby) - in particular to properly replicate the functionality of automatically constructing SQL tables.

What should I do?

Thanks for your help!

It looks like that gem has an owner with the username of "scraperwiki". Does that account belong to your company?

Yes, we got hold of prusnak in the end, and he transferred it!

    Thanks for your help.
