"http://help.rubygems.org/discussions/problems/434-internal-server-error-when-pushing-gem">
http://help.rubygems.org/discussions/problems/434-internal-server-e...

But they are not in the subject anymore.

So, I try to push a gem and this is what I get:

$ gem push tilt-mustache-0.0.1.gem
Pushing gem to RubyGems.org...

Internal Server Error

Two things I can see from the gemspec:

Email should be a string, not an array.
You should be using
add_runtime_dependency
instead of

add_dependency
.

Nick Quarantotag:help.rubygems.org,2010-01-19:Comment/44172232010-12-24T02:54:12Z2010-12-24T02:54:14ZInternal server error

I updated the gemspec. Rebuilded the gem. And pushed it .. and
the same error happened.

How to get the stack trace? something like
gem push
the.gem --backtrace
?

Benoit Côté-Jodointag:help.rubygems.org,2010-01-19:Comment/44172232011-01-18T03:37:33Z2011-01-18T03:37:33ZInternal server error

Any update here? Not seeing it pushed yet:

<a href=

Can you paste the actual gemspec? (run
gem spec
the.gem
)

Nick Quaranto
