I've attached a patch that should fix it, but I can't run the
tests from master using Ruby 1.9.3. I am able to run the rubygems
tests that are in Ruby trunk, but apparently the rubygems code that
is in Ruby trunk is different from the rubygems code that is on
github. So I don't know for sure if my patch works on master.

Also, please consider synching Rubygems with Ruby trunk more
often. :-)

aaron.pattersontag:help.rubygems.org,2010-01-19:Comment/42953862010-12-18T16:12:14Z2010-12-18T16:12:14ZRubygems causes a warning on 1.9.3

Aaron, we have a github repo now that you can make pull requests
to :)

In any case, looped in Eric and John, I don't see any reason why
this shouldnt be merged.

Nick Quaranto
