ruby setup.rb error

Hi,

I am having an issue installing rubygems 1.3.7 on a Windows Vista computer.

After downloading and extracting ruby gems I entered:

$ ruby setup.rb

and got this error message:

ERROR: While executing gem ...(Errno::EPERM)
Operation not permitted - C:/Users/Ben Sande/gem

Any idea how to get past this? Thank you.

   Ruby and RubyGems are not known to work when installed in a path containing spaces.
