ruby-debug 0.10.4 released on rubyforge.org how about gemcutter?
I can't do a gem push of ruby-debug 0.10.4 to gemcutter. It has however been released on rubyforge.org. Possibly I need to be added as an owner? (I've been making the file releases since 0.10.0 or so circa 2007.)

Hi there,
Seems like you have access to that gem under
[email blocked]. It looks like you have account under[email blocked]too. Do you need to me to merge two accounts so you can push those gems as well? Just let me know which email you'd like to keep.Support Staff 3 Posted by Nick Quaranto on 30 Oct, 2010 12:36 AM
Augh, tender hid the emails...

Yes, please merge the email. Possibly rbcdio is another in this category? I am getting the same permission denied there as well. I wish I knew how to track down problems like this.
Many thanks.

And one more: possibly also ruby-debug-base. Thanks again.

Which email would you like to keep? I don't want to mess up the wrong one here.

rbx-linecache, linecache-tf, and rb-threadframe are allowing gem push. I think the email used there is [email blocked]
So let's go with [email blocked]. rbcdio and ruby-debug are not working, so I am guessing that's associated under [email blocked].
Is there a way I can double check the emails registered?
