I recently published a gem called constant-contact (http://rubygems.org/gems/constant-contact). It came out of (was paid for by) a client project, and we were greenlighted to publish it. Unfortunately, the client canned the project yesterday, and now I'm told I have to remove the gem as well.
I've already gem yanked it, but due to legal issues, I'm forced to ask that you please remove it permanently as well. Man, this sucks.
I'm leaving this as a public discussion in the off-chance that someone wonders what happened to it.
Thanks for your help.
