Now we use gems.ruby-china.org <a href="http://gems.ruby-china.org/">http://gems.ruby-china.org/</a> to download gems.</p>

I think that would get your idea more feedback, as this is primarily a support queue for issues with the rubygems.org service directly, and what you're asking feels closer to a larger project proposal that more people should consider.</p></div>kerrizor
