Can't get specs of any version but the latest

When using the gem spec command, it fails if the version given isn't the latest.

$ gem spec --remote -v 0.6.0 turn ERROR: Unknown gem 'turn'

   Definitely sounds like an RG bug, toss it in the RG tracker if we haven't yet please.
