I now realise that
my account was signed up with an email address I no longer use.
What caused my confusion was that, having assumed I had signed up
with another email address, when I entered that email address in
the Reset Password form, the application didn't tell me that it
didn't have a user registered with that email address.</p></div>Keith Pitty
