gemcutter gem ships tests but not helper

You cannot run the tests that are supplied inside the gemcutter gem, because the helper file is missing.

It seems it would be a good idea to either ship a working set, or not ship the tests in the gem at all.

Just released gemcutter 0.6.1 with this in, had no idea this was the case. Thanks for the heads up.
