permanently remove 'mango' from rubygems.org

Please remove 'mango' namespace from rubygems.org. So the creator of http://github.com/ryansobol/mango can use the namespace as well.

   Now that all versions of mango are yanked, anyone can push a gem to it, it's considered an open namespace. Push away!
