Accidentally yanked a gem that should remain up on Rubygems

I accidentally yanked the wrong version of a gem, and wish for it to remain published. I yanked capistrano-scm-jenkins 0.2.0, when I meant to yank 0.3.0 (which I had published incorrectly), but now, of course, I cannot re-publish the 0.2.0 version.

    This is by design, you can't repush a gem once it's been yanked. You can undo the yank though with the --undo flag: http://guides.rubygems.org/command-reference/#gem-yank
