gem install cucumber throws error

I am trying to install cucumber. PFB the status as of now and the error i m getting:

"C:\Ruby\DevKit>ruby dk.rb install "

"C:\Ruby\DevKit>gem -v " 2.1.11

"C:\Ruby\DevKit>gem install cucumber" ERROR: Could not find a valid gem 'cucumber' (>= 0), here is why: Unable to download data from https://rubygems.org/ - no such name (https://rubygems.org/latest_specs.4.8.gz)

I have tried "gem install cucumber --no-http-proxy" as well. I have also tried

"set SSL_CERT_FILE=C:\RailsInstaller\cacert.pem"

It throws the same error.

Please help me!
