I recently created the meterpreter_binaries gem which aims to
contain libs and binaries for Metasploit's Meterpreter. I was
wondering if I could please have this gem removed completely for
the following reasons:

Rapid7 have decided that they want the gem renamed to
meterpreter_bins.

The first few versions of the gem were released with binaries
that were not intended for public use (ie. they were proprietary).
So removal of those gems would be very much appreciated.

I have already yanked the gems, but the permanent removal would
be very much appreciated. Thank you for your time and help!

the email listed in the gemspec. Can someone from that domain
please confirm the deletion of this gem?

Nick Quarantotag:help.rubygems.org,2010-01-19:Comment/311644102014-04-23T14:53:14Z2014-04-25T01:24:21ZPlease can you completely remove the meterpreter_binaries gem?

Hi Nick -- please do remove the gem completely. If you like, I
can pretend to be oj_reeves@rapid7.com ; since I
was OJ's manager I have temporary access to his e-mail here at
Rapid7 to chase down stuff like this now that OJ isn't on contract
with us any more.

Thanks!

Deleted the gem. Please add
allowed_push_host
to
your private gems for now on:
