Need two gems permanently removed

Looks like the 'briefing' gem didn't actually get published since there was an existing gem already, but we still need the Zacks gem removed permanently (or as permanently as possible).

    Done. Please note that this gem has only been deleted from RubyGems.org, and may take days to propagate out to mirrors (and may not be deleted from all of them). Please reset any passwords or change any sensitive information that may have been in the gem as soon as possible.
