Can't create an account

Hi,

I'm trying to create an account and its failing:

Email: [email blocked]
Handle: craz8

Error Page url: https://rubygems.org/users

Text on that error page:
Page not found. It will be mine. Oh yes. It will be mine. I'm not really sure what you were looking for, but it's not here anymore. Sorry!

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

   I found that I'd created an account about 8 years ago, and recovered the password on that account to get me going
