Bewildr Installation Issue

Hi,
I have installed Ruby1.9.3 and IronRuby 1.1. I have set the environment PATH to include Ruby's and Bewildr's Bin. I am not able to install bewildr using the following command.
igem install bewildr

Can someone help me on this?
