Hello, the following user:

https://rubygems.org/profiles/43384

is listed as owner of several gems. He left his position a few years ago without transferring ownership and I have not been successful trying to contact him at his personal email to get him to fix or delete some of these gems. Specifically we have support tickets on github about one of the gems (qips-wfmgr) but really all of this users gems' ownership should be transfered to me. My user profile is

Is this possible? Thanks for your attention.
