Is there a problem with server?

I can't connect to rubygems.org server. I get ETIMEDOUT errors whenever I try to install or update any gems.

I'm living in Turkey, could it be a local issue? :\

    It appears it must be a local issue for you, there are no other reports of any issues. You can check http://status.rubygems.org to find out if the services are up.

    Can you ping and traceroute rubygems.org?

    Issue was resolved 1-2 hours later. I guess it was probably a local issue. Sorry for taking time.
