Delete Heimdal gem

Could you please go ahead and delete my Heimdal gem, freeing the name for someone else. There has never been a real release, so it should be safe for you to nuke.

I had intended it to be an opinionated security gem after searching around for one that was REALLY secure and had the features I wanted... THEN I found devise. Devise is exactly what I set out to make, glad I found it before I put much time in.
