Cannot download RubyGem

Trying to download the tar file or zip file... but server times out. Message from server is:
The server at production.cf.rubygems.org is taking too long to respond.

Is it me, or is there a problem? Status shows everything is up...

    This issue was resolved on 8/2 at 18:52 PDT. (see details below).

    According to http://status.aws.amazon.com cloud front (the URLs you are contacting) has had no issues for the past several days. Perhaps there was a routing issue at your ISP?
